Bursaries
Friday 26th April - Deadline for bursary applications
Monday 13th May - Decision made about bursary applications
A limited number of bursaries will be made available to students attending MSSC2013. These consist of waiving registration fees for the conference (£110). Bursaries do not cover accommodation during MSSC2013 or travel costs. If you have included accommodation in your registration, and you are awarded a bursary, you are required to pay for your accommodation.
If you would like to apply for a bursary please forward the two documents below to the Workshop Organiser, Mrs Sima Fulford:
- A letter from yourself justifying your requirements for a bursary.
- A letter of support for your bursary application from your supervisor
The limited funds available for bursaries are divided amongst successful applicants following the deadline for applications on Friday 26th April.
Payment
Workshop Registration
Two registration fees are in operation for MSSC2013...
- EARLY BIRD Registration- £110 Friday 17th May- Deadline for payment of early bird fees
- STANDARD Registration - £180 Monday 24th June - Deadline for payment of standard fees
Failure to pay registration fees by the designated date may result in your place at MSSC2013 being withdrawn.
Accommodation
Accommodation may be added to your registration when you complete the on-line registration form at a cost of £55 per night. Once you have selected the nights that you require for accommodation the cost will be added to your final registration fee.
PLEASE NOTE: once payments have been made, we cannot offer any refund for the Registration Fee. Also, NO payment will be accepted at the event.
