Poster session
Showcase your work and engage with fellow researchers and innovators shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing by submitting an abstract. We welcome submissions from across the pharmaceutical innovation ecosystem, including academic researchers and industry practitioners from large pharmaceutical companies, CDOs and SMEs.
How to submit your abstract
Abstracts of up to 250 words must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 4 July 2025 via the Oxford Abstracts portal to be considered.
Poster presenters will be required to register and pay for the symposium via the Imperial on-line store by the registration deadline. Each registered participant can present at most one poster.
Key deadlines
- Friday 4th July 2025 - Poster Abstract submission deadline - all abstracts must be submitted via Oxford Abstracts by this date.
- Monday 14th July 2025 - Notification of poster abstract acceptance
- Thursday 31 July 2025 - Early bird registration deadline
