QuEST (Quantum Engineering, Science & Technology) at Imperial is both a cross-disciplinary College Centre of Excellence and one of a select group of Academic Strategy Projects. As a Centre we want to bring together the complementary expertise of researchers across the College, along with our industry partners and external stakeholders, to translate discoveries in quantum science into transformative quantum technologies.

Quantum science is at an exciting junction, uniting as it does the disciplines of physics, chemistry, computer science, materials and, increasingly, engineering, to push forward the boundaries of quantum technology. The Imperial Centre for Quantum Science, Engineering and Technology (QuEST) draws heavily from a diverse selection of world-leading engineers and scientists, who share an excitement for the potential of the quantum domain.

The purpose of the Centre is to bring together science and engineering quantum research at Imperial College London for innovation through the understanding of quantum mechanics.  Through the Centre, relevant news, opportunities and seminars are advertised alongside an up-to-date summary of current research and training activity at the College.
