Who is this course for?

This is a course aiming to consolidate and improve your listening and speaking skills at beginner level. The course will be ideal for learners who have completed the after:hours Spanish 1 (Beginners) course or for new students with equivalent A1 level proficiency.

Course content

Topics: Talking about our daily activities. Describing and locating places. Ordering food and drink. Likes and preferences. Dealing with numbers

Grammar: the present tense, verbs ser/estar, verbs to express likes and dislikes, pronouns


Term dates

•  Summer Term: week beginning 11 May 2026 until week ending 19 June 2026 (no class on 25 May 2026)
