Poppulo and data
Every email sent via Poppulo must include a link to our Poppulo and your data web page in order to comply with all UK data protection legislation, including GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
It must also be included in sign-up forms.
Templates
You must use the Imperial email templates provided in Poppulo so that communications are in line with our brand, but also because the templates have our data link embedded at the end and direct recipients to the Poppulo and your data web page.
You can find the branded templates in ‘Enterprise templates’. Please ensure you use one of the templates with the Imperial logo - these are the turquoise, pink, grey and blue templates pictured below.
Sign up forms
When you create a newsletter in a non-EPM account that you want people to sign up for, you will need to add a link to the Poppulo and your data web page within the form.
