Training for Poppulo users

Whether you are a new user or have been using Poppulo for a long time, there are plenty of training resources available. 

Training offered by Poppulo 

• New user sessions – Poppulo run these weekly and we recommend all users sign up to a session

• Poppulo Academy (eLearning Courses)

  • Complete the sign up form or click register on the main screen

  • Register with your details, company email and use the branch code: customers

  • Once you have signed up, you'll also have access to our full catalogue of courses.

  • Each course is only about 30min in length, and we recommend starting with

    • Create and send an email

    • Managing people data for beginners

    • Email reports

• Poppulo Knowledge Base – for general guidance on how to use the system and build your newsletter, featuring step-by-step guides and videos

• Monthly live webinars  – updated monthly with new topics

• Video library of previous webinars – recordings from the monthly webinars, edited and chaptered 

Imperial resources

• Poppulo webpages – we cover some top tips on these webpages on things like image sizing and features to explore

• Poppulo channel (within the Internal Comms MS Teams site) – this channel is a space for Poppulo users to interact with each other to ask questions, share ideas and make the most of the platform
