The Operations, Planning and Network Management team:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Communications Division including space management, staffing structures, recruitment, financial and budget oversight.
- Ensures the Division is compliant with Imperial policies, regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
- Manages short, medium and long-term communications planning across all channels.
- Manages cross-divisional project groups.
- Coordinates communications networks within and beyond the Division.
- Oversees training and best practice initiatives within the Communications Division.
- Is an entry point for communications requests.
- Provides executive support to the Director of Communications and Senior Management Team.
