The Roastery is located in the Senior Common Room level 2 of the Sherfield Building.
The Roastery is a modern, contemporary cafe located in the Senior Common Room, featuring a range of hot breakfast and lunch options, sandwiches, snacks and a full menu of handmade drinks. The Roastery is also home to an exclusive blend of coffee beans, Imperial Coffee, that is available only on campus. Blended from Brazilian and Nicaraguan medium-roast beans, this espresso provides a more balanced, lighter taste.
