The team is organised around three main capability areas:
Portfolio Office
The Portfolio Office team is responsible for enabling a planning and prioritisation cycle and delivering a strategic roadmap, so that programmes and projects are aligned with strategic objectives and provide the intended benefits.
Service Transformation
The Service Transformation team is responsible for improving the quality and interaction between our students, academics, researchers, and professional service providers with a key focus on improving the end-user experience.
Change
The Change team focuses on the people and cultural aspects of change. The team is responsible for improving our organisational agility to adapt and respond to change - and for helping our staff successfully adopt change - as we support the progression of Imperial's ambitious new strategy.
