The IZI 2025 Methodology document (PDF) sets out the technical specification of the IZI 2025. This document should enable the reader to calculate the IZI metrics for any FFC that they wish to assess in conjunction with the IZI 2025 Data sources register (PDF).

Imperial Zero Index 2025 Metrics

IZI 2025 evaluates all FFC’s consistently, applying the same criteria objectively and systematically providing a fair and uniform assessment of each entity’s progress toward achieving net zero objectives. To achieve this, we gather data from each company that allow us to analyse the performance on each of the following metrics selected:
