After training the chatbots, a rigorous quality assurance process will be conducted to evaluate the accuracy, reliability, and inclusivity of the chatbot's responses before it is rolled out. We will test its capabilities with key stakeholders (e.g., Education Office, EDI Centre, other key support services, ICU) and refine its outputs to ensure it effectively meets the needs of the Imperial community. We will also draw on relevant resources and expertise from across the faculties to support the development of this work.
