He is the Director at 7CO2: The Severnside Carbon Capture and Shipping Hub, and the Director Coalition for Negative Emissions. Paul specializes in large complex transactions for the private sector focusing on models if how businesses and government can work together. His current work focuses on non-pipeline carbon transfer.
