The MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures covers a wide range of topics. Each student is able to conduct four months of individual research on a topic of choice that culminates in a thesis submitted in September. This research interest is also the foundation for a presentation given during the Sustainable Energy Futures Annual Conference.

This year, the presentations have been organised into the following seven overarching themes:

  1. Industrial Decabonisation
  2. Future of Data Centres
  3. Energy Access and Justice
  4. Energy Policy and Market Design
  5. Renewable Technologies: Innovation and Integration
  6. Energy Storage and Efficiency
  7. Synthetic Fuels
