This course is intended for students who have no previous knowledge of Russian but would like to be able to use the language in a number of everyday situations, to read simple Russian texts, to write on a basic level and to understand simple statements, questions and announcements.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course you should be able to
- understand basic Russian grammar and vocabulary, particularly relating to everyday situations
