A message from Jayson Goh (Electrical and Electronic Engineering 1998), President of the 39th ICAAS Executive Committee
“I am delighted to share that the Imperial College Alumni Association of Singapore (ICAAS) is celebrating our 40th anniversary this year! Established in 1977, ICAAS was founded with the objective to further the interests of graduates/past students of Imperial College London in Singapore. It has grown over the years into a strong network of professionals, bonded by friendship forged since College days in the United Kingdom.
To commemorate ICAAS’s 40th anniversary, a Gala Dinner will be held to mark this important milestone. We are privileged to have ICAAS Patron Mr Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Co-ordinating Minister for National Security, gracing the event as our guest of honour. At the event, DPM Teo Chee Hean will speak on science and innovation as Singapore’s next engine of economic growth.
We are also delighted that Imperial’s President Alice Gast will be joining us at the celebratory dinner. President Gast has been a strong supporter of ICAAS and we are grateful that she will be joining us to welcome and interact with our alumni and guests.
We hope you will join us at this celebration to rekindle friendships with old pals or make new acquaintances with fellow Imperial graduates.
