Interfaith Week is a national initiative commencing from the 13 to the 20 of November 2016.

Celebrating and building upon the contributions which members of different faith and non-faith communities can make to the wider society is essential in inculcating a greater understanding and cohesion between different faiths and cultures.

 

Monday 14 November:

Speed Faithing

People from different faith societies get together in pairs and share what they believe about a certain topic which will be put up.
Where: The Chaplaincy Multi-Faith centre, No. 10 Princes Gardens, SW7 1NA (Right of Ethos)
When: 18:00 – 20:00

 

Tuesday 15 November:

Poetry Night 

Poetry night where students share poems/scriptures/hymns etc. that have impacted them. There will be Q&A and discussion after each one.

Wednesday 16 November:

Shabbat Style Lunch

Where: The Chaplaincy Multi-Faith centre, No. 10 Princes Gardens, SW7 1NA (Right of Ethos)
When: 12:00 – 14:00

 

Thursday 17 November:

Sharing Stories

Thursday is similar to speed faithing, but it will be testimonies and stories about what it is like to live out your faith and particularly how it affects you, maybe stories about how you came to believe in your faith.

Friday 18 November:

V&A tour

Where: Entrance, Cromwell Rd, Knightsbridge, London SW7 2RL
