Bloomberg New Energy Finance’s perspective on clean energy investment, carbon markets and the Paris Agreement

Energy Futures Lab is delighted to host Richard Chatterton and Jahn Olsen, energy and carbon markets analysts at Bloomberg New Energy Finance. The event will provide students with insight into future career opportunities and help them keep abreast of latest developments. It will give academics and researchers a chance to understand the possiblities for collaborations with BNEF.

A record $329bn was invested in clean energy in 2015, coinciding with the landmark Paris Agreement that aims to further accelerate the low carbon transition. In this talk, Richard and Jahn will present BNEF’s unique data and analysis covering energy markets, renewables investment, climate policy and emissions trading. This will be an in-depth session with three hours of interactive presentations and open Q&A.
