Abstract
Join us for a Wellcome Trust supported event, the Time travelling operating theatre. Imperial College Centre for Engagement and Simulation Science (ICCESS) invite you to come and travel through time, immersing yourself in operations taking place during 1884, 1984 and 2014.
Find out about what has and hasn’t changed in the operating theatre over this time – technologically, socially, ethically, and beyond – and talk to current and retired clinicians, ethicists and policy makers about what we can learn from the past to inform the future.
