11:00 -12:00 – Atsushi Ito: On Gauss maps in positive characteristic. The Gauss map of a variety in a projective space is a rational map from the variety to a Grassmannian. In this talk, I will explain what kind of rational maps appear as Gauss maps in positive characteristic.
