Biography:
The webinar will be presented Janine Waldman, MSc FCIPD. Janine has nearly 20 years experience in coaching, training, consultancy and organisational development, having held senior HR positions in the UK and New Zealand before becoming Director of Coaching and Change Consultancy, The Solutions Focus. She works with individuals and organisations to bring about positive change and to implement constructive and resourceful ways of working. Recent projects include developing a coaching culture at John Laing Integrated Services, up-skilling Fairness at Work Advisors at Northamptonshire Police and a two-year project with Reading Borough Council introducing solutions focus working. Janine has an international coaching practice and is co-author of “Positively Speaking: The Art of Constructive Conversations with a Solutions Focus”
