Title: ‘Product design in Pharma; how to ensure commercial success at an early stage of product development’ 

Content: Currently only 1in4 pharmaceutical products return the development and marketing expense over the entire product lifecycle. Why? The talk will focus on why so many pharmaceutical products fail to return their investment and the importance of strategic marketing/ early product design at an early stage in the lifecycle of a product to ensure commercial success.

Pankaj has been working in the Pharmaceutical sector since 1991, having commence his career at Glaxo Pharmaceuticals. He has spent the majority of his career to date working in the UK, European and Global Pharmaceutical sector within early development, late phase development and in line marketed brands of both specialist and big Pharma companies. He is currently working as a principal consultant at IDEA Pharma which focusses on pharmaceutical product design at Phase II.
