Geoff McGrath, Managing Director of McLaren Applied Technologies (MAT), will be speaking on the role of innovation at the company and its impact both in and beyond Formula 1.
McLaren Applied Technologies’ remit is to realise breakthroughs in performance through advanced technologies and design.
Managing Director Geoff McGrath is at the helm of McLaren Applied Technologies’ innovation. Trained as a mechanical engineer, and having worked in aeronautical, civil, chemical, petroleum and mechanical engineering, Geoff became MAT’s Managing Director in 2009.
He brought more than 20 years’ personal experience to bear on the company’s trailblazing approach to conceptual design, development and engineering. MAT is currently focused on developing its specialist capabilities for new applications in the worlds of sports, health & wellbeing and strategic operations.
Geoff will be talking about delivering a high-performance business throughout and beyond this expansion.
