- Tian of Cornish crab, salmon and chilli, sweetcorn and coriander
- Roasted corn fed chicken breast with herbs, confit leg, asparagus, baby carrots,gem lettuce, Champagne sauce
- Delice of strawberries, white chocolate and mint, strawberry sorbet
