About GEDI

The GEDI index is a tool offering a deeper view of the complex interactions of individual and institutional variables that regulate levels of entrepreneurship and economic development. The Index itself is expected to have a direct impact on the design and implementation of entrepreneurship and job-creation policy in both established and emerging economies. GEDI covers 71 countries but the event will use the UK to illustrate how GEDI can be both a tool to assess current state and also inform on tangible goals for new policy measures.
