Free touch rugby tournament
Sport Imperial are holding a mixed, 7-a-side touch rugby tournament at 13.00 on Wednesday 20 June in Hyde Park. Open to all students and staff, you can enter as a team (minimum of 7, maximum of 10 players) or as an individual (we will place you in a team). The winning team will receive prizes courtesy of the Student Rugby Football League! All participants will receive a Sport Imperial goodie bag! Post tournament drinks and presentations will take place in the Union Bar, Biet Quad.
Touch rugby is a fast moving, minimal contact game played by both men and women. Suitable for both beginners and experienced players, the game is simple to learn and lots of fun – with no need to worry about getting hurt.
