Our Strategy Practice advises clients from a wide range of corporations, investors and public sectors bodies on their most significant strategic issues across every sector of business and industry imaginable. One particular area of expertise is M&A strategy. The practice places particular importance on working with its clients to establish their strategic choices and then works with other parts of KPMG to turn these choices into action. This will provide you with opportunities to work closely with KPMG’s other functions, both on projects and through internal secondments.
The Operations Strategy Group works with clients to rapidly identify operational value opportunities in both deal and non-deal situations for some of the world’s largest companies across a broad range of sectors. The Operations Strategy Group’s Services include operational due diligence to support buyers in their understanding and protect the deal value, upside identification to ensure that the vendor does not leave value on the table and to link operational changes to the P& L, deal strategy to maximise the value of strategic opportunities and rapid value improvement through our ‘Private Equity’ lens approach to give an external insight that helps to push the options.
