Preparatory work
Prior to attending the workshop each participant will be required to complete two activities:

  • The Emotional Intelligence Test (approximately 40 – 45 minutes) which is to be taken online and paid for by individual participants. This will cost a maximum of £15.
  • A self-reflection form (approximately 10 minutes).

2 weeks prior to the workshop, participants will receive the on-line request with instructions on how to complete the Emotional Intelligence Test. A self-reflection template will also be emailed for completion.

Learning objectives
This workshop will cover the following learning objectives:

  • Attain an in-depth understanding of your EQ
  • Increase self-awareness and understand the potential impact your style has on others
  • Practise and develop the relatively weaker areas of your EQ
