The reunion programme will focus on big issues that affect the world and how solutions and new ideas are increasingly created when people work together at the interfaces of the traditional disciplines. Successful collaboration involves a number of important elements, not least the need for capable and astute leadership. In his keynote lecture, alumnus Sir Adrian Johns, former Second Sea Lord and Commander in Chief of Naval Home Command in the Royal Navy, will talk about the chain of command and the role that it plays in enabling troops to work together in times of extreme adversity.
