How will it work?
The Venture Team Matchmaking Event will begin with a marketplace set-up where delegates will have the opportunity to browse the venture team stands and make matches. The ventures will then make final decisions regarding who they will invite to join their teams and will pitch their idea and their final team to the Incubator Review Panel. Each pitch will be followed by questions and answers. The Panel will then select approximately ten ventures to continue onto the Incubator Bootcamp which will take place during an intensive week from 28 September to 2 October 2009. This will give the fully-formed teams the opportunity to attend lectures, receive coaching and develop their business ideas. The week-long Bootcamp will culminate in a presentation to the Design London Incubator Review Panel and approximately three ventures will be selected to go through to incubation. It is important that if you are serious about joining one of these ventures that you are available to attend the Bootcamp in the event you are asked to join a venture.
