Further information
Any staff wishing to expand their teaching experience, particularly by improving group facilitation skills, should get in touch with the Graduate Schools.
Once a year, there is an opportunity to train tutors on their highly successful Research Skills Development (RSD) Residential Course and postdoctoral research or academic staff are equally welcome.
This highly interactive, 3-day event is designed to get new PhDs off to a flying start. The benefits of tutoring include gaining broader teaching experience and increased insight into the skills necessary to lead groups within academia and beyond.
For further details on the RSD course, the tutor role and the tutor training course, please contact Paul Seldon ext 45503 or email p.seldon@imperial.ac.uk.
