Waving, Not Drowning: Reputation Management and Crisis Communication
Justin McLaren, MBA alumnus, Founding Director – 8hwe, www.8hwe.com. Justin McLaren studied for his MBA at Imperial College Management School between 1998 and 1999.
In 2002 he founded 8hwe, a specialist agency for crisis and reputation management and message development. 8hwe works with clients at Board and Chief Executive levels to handle crisis situations and to enhance clients’ reputations. Clients range from government bodies and FTSE 100 companies to major charities and high profile individuals.
Before 8hwe, Justin’s career encompassed seven years at the Cabinet Office, where he was private secretary to three Ministers. He read PPE at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford.
