Note to staff
We have 1,100 graduates and guests registered for the ceremony and reception. The following arrangements will be made:
1. Lower ground foyer will be reserved for setup and the reception itself, thus facilities downstairs including the vaults and computer room will not be available from 09.00 to 15.00;
2. The forum cafe will be closed from 09.00 to 15.00;
3. As the building will be very crowded during the reception, if students are not coming for classes, they are recommended to avoid coming in the building during 13.30 to 14.30.
1,100 guests and graduates have signed up for the reception. In view of the number, the whole lower ground area and much of the space in the atrium will be reserved for the reception.
