Coaching workshop

What kind of teammate are you?

How would your colleagues describe you to work with? Do you trust the members of your team? And just what makes a good team tick?

In your workplace you’re likely to have experienced many team dynamics, from collaboration and connection, to tension and dysfunction. But what are the factors that affect team dynamics and how can trust improve teams’ collective performance? How is working from home affecting your team?

Join us for an online workshop with leadership and executive coach, Kimberley Lotery. Kimberley will explore trust and psychological safety as a key factor behind successful teams underpinned by theories of renowned thought leaders in the field of coaching and leadership development.

You can expect the workshop to include an introduction to theories and an opportunity to apply these in small group conversations. It is suited to individuals who want to be influential in their teams and become higher performing. You don’t need to be a manager for the content to be relevant and of value.

A link to join the online event will be sent to all registered attendees in advance.
