The ICB CDT has organised our annual Chemical Kitchen event for new students.
This year, it will be in person at the Chemical Kitchen Lab (Chemistry building, 7th floor, room 763) on October 12th @ 1-4pm, South Kensington Campus.
The Chemical Kitchen is an original, interdisciplinary laboratory aimed at introducing you to the mind- set and basic skills needed in a chemical laboratory (and kitchen!). You will learn practical lab skills, planning, creativity, precision, dexterity, making and recording observations, and the application of knowledge. You will also be introduced to the scientific mindset. All these skills will be useful for you in your further studies.
Just to highlight, if you want to move between campuses you can use the free shuttle bus service. You will need to pre-book, please complete a request (latest midnight before the day of travel).
