The People and Organisational Development (POD) team will be launching their exciting offer of learning and development for the new academic year 2023-2024 at the POD inaugural Festival. Come and have a chat with us and learn more about our flagship programmes: Core Skills, Management & Leadership, Academic Leadership, Mentoring & Coaching, and Wellbeing.

What will happen at the POD Fest?
· Opening ceremony including launch of 2023-2024 offer
· Masterclasses and taster sessions of upcoming workshops
· Health & wellbeing café
· Games, quizzes, interactive stands, and lots of freebies!
We have designed the POD Festival so that everyone has an opportunity to engage with at least one of the main activities. The day is divided into 3 areas of activity:
1. POD Festival Launch ceremony (10.00 – 11.00): Imperial College is home to more than 8000 staff and is committed to support the development of its people. At the launch ceremony of the POD Festival, the Senior Leadership will endorse the significance of investing resources in staff development and upskilling. The Provost, Chief Operating Office, and HR Director will be giving speeches, and there will be opportunities for networking.
2. POD Festival Centre Stage (10.00 – 14.00): This is your chance to meet our centre stage team and find out more about our Learning & Development offer. You’ll get to enjoy one of our interactive quizzes, or pay a compliment to your colleague, or win a prize in a game. Better yet, you’ll have the chance to take away a freebie!
3. POD Festival Masterclasses: We recognise the power of 90 minutes! Come join us at any of these taster sessions which will run throughout the day to offer you flexibility.
