Title: Deriving AdS/CFT at pure NS-NS flux
Abstract: String theory in AdS3 is a fruitful playground for understanding the AdS/CFT correspondence, owing in part to the large number of symmetries of 2D CFTs. In the specific case of backgrounds supported by pure NS-NS flux, one can employ covariant worldsheet approaches. In this talk, we will demonstrate how the worldsheet path integral reorganizes itself manifestly into a dual CFT path integral in such a way that the dual CFT can be read-off without ever performing a full calculation. This analysis verifies recent proposals for the dual CFT of pure NS-NS background, and hopefully will shed light on the inner-workings of the AdS/CFT correspondence.
