Title

A Central Limit Theorem for the generalised Dean–Kawasaki equation

Abstract

We begin with motivation on how the Dean–Kawasaki equation naturally arises when studying fluctuations of particle systems. We briefly introduce some of the difficulties when studying well-posedness of the equation, and motivate why kinetic solution theory is needed.
Finally, we will explain some ongoing work on the central limit theorem for the equation.

The talk is based on joint work with Ben Fehrman.
