CEO of OpenMinds, Sviatoslav Hnizdovskiy, will give a speech focusing on the Russo-Ukrainian war through the lenses of cognitive warfare. Hnizdovskiy will discuss how Ukraine uses AI and behavioural sciences in the information war against Russia, the cognitive warfare arms race, how the democratic world should engage in the most important domain of warfare in the 21-st century, and why over 90% of counter-disinformation initiatives fail. Hnizdovskiy will also look at how to measure the effectiveness of counter-influence campaigns, taken from lessons from over 350 counter-disinformation campaigns during Russo-Ukrainian war.
