We invite you to the inaugural Festival of Innovation in Research Management at Imperial College London. We want to share innovation in research management and the latest contributions to good practice.
We will hear from the key teams at Imperial on what’s new for them. There’s also space for all of us to submit innovations that have helped us. Have you done a really good piece of work (e.g. built a workflow, designed an event, grew a community, innovated or implemented a piece of good practice) that you think others would benefit from knowing about? Submit a talk!
In the afternoon we will have two interactive sessions. We will crowdsource an induction pack for new research management staff (What did you wish you were told in your first 6 months? What did your line manager teach you that was a lifesaver?). We will also explore research management careers – what skills do we have, where did we get them, and how do we add value?
