Bytes for Bites is a cross-disciplinary hackathon at the intersection of AI and future food technologies, co-hosted by the Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein and I-X. Over one intensive weekend, we will bring together researchers, developers, and domain experts to collaborate on technical challenges that advance sustainable, resilient, and scalable future food systems.

Who should apply
We’re primarily seeking PhD candidates, PGT/PGRs, and Researchers who can attend all four days in person, though we welcome applications from external innovators passionate about applying technology to food systems challenges.
