In large organisations some conflict is inevitable – agendas might clash, resources may be limited, coordination and communication can be hard to achieve.

However, while conflict cannot be avoided, workplace warfare and toxicity can.

In this webinar run by Sensible Media, Fotini Iconomopoulos will show how a human-centred negotiation approach can build trust and connection even when tempers are running hot.

Fotini will discuss:

  • How to prepare for high-stakes, difficult interactions
  • How to find the opportunities in conflict situations
  • Why you need to pause and slow down decisions and reactions
  • How to manage resistance, pushback and power
  • How to build trust in a crisis.
