About NSSC
New Starters in Synthesis and Catalysis (NSSC) is an annual event showcasing the work of recently appointed academics in the areas of synthesis and catalysis alongside a plenary speaker.
The conference will host a line-up of speakers in synthesis and catalysis in its broadest sense, from fundamental organic and inorganic synthesis and catalysis to applied work in chemical biology and materials.
The event will be open to all but is ideally suited to academic staff, PhD students and postdoctoral researchers with a background in synthesis and catalysis as well as those in the pharma, biotech or agrochemical industries.
