Title: Pseudofinite omega-categorical groups
Abstract: The conjecture is that the groups in the title are finite-by-abelian-by-finite. I will discuss joint work with Katrin Tent, reducing this to the nilpotent class 2 case and showing that various known nilpotent class 2 omega-categorical groups are not pseudofinite. I will expand this into a general discussion of omega-categorical groups, and of pseudofiniteness in omega-categorical structures.
