This session introduces the concept of health coaching. In a small group you will explore and discuss how small lifestyle changes can support wellbeing. Using the Wheel of Life, participants will reflect on key areas of their life and identify one simple habit to focus on.
The aim of the workshop is for participants to leave with practical strategies to implement into their everyday life to support health and wellbeing.
