The Department of Life Sciences is hosting a lunch and learn delivered by Endometriosis UK (Emma Ernesto) on the 12 March at 12:30-13:30.
Endometriosis UK is the leading charity supporting people affected by endometriosis, a chronic condition where tissue similar to the womb lining grows outside the uterus, causing pain, inflammation and scar tissue. In the UK, it affects 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth (over 1.5 million people) and can profoundly impact daily life and wellbeing.
This event will include an informative presentation for approximately 30/40 minutes followed by time for a Q&A.
