Move Learn delivers educational content on leading a more active and healthier lifestyle. We are pleased to start our Move Learn series this academic year with a session in collaboration with Able, the disabled network for staff, research postgraduates, and allies.

Hosted by Alison Holloway, The Unexpected Dietitian; this supportive session follows a day in the life of someone with ADHD, exploring the many interacting factors that can make eating and drinking more complex.

We will consider the impact of executive functioning, interoception, sensory needs, dopamine, and ADHD medication, alongside practical, neuroaffirming strategies to support eating, drinking and nutritional needs throughout the day. We will also look at the evidence around diet and ADHD, including what we currently know about specific nutrients and dietary patterns.

This session is hosted online and recorded to watch on demand. Please complete the sign-up form to indicate if you would like to attend online or receive the recording.

This session is open to all students and staff at Imperial College London.
