A panel event for Black History Month 2026, chaired by an EDI professional, featuring a panel of Black professionals from academia, industry and professional services to discuss how they navigate their careers. The event will be chaired by Anna Sirmoglou, who is an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager from Mott MacDonald. Panel members consist of:

- Maryane Mwaniki – Co-Founder, Counsellor, Coach & Public Speaker
- Ebenezer Adenmosun – Director and Chartered Civil Engineer
