Juliet O’Rourke is a certified ADHD coach, speaker and host of the Gifted with ADHD podcast. Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50, Juliet brings together her lived experience, specialist ADHD knowledge and training in counselling to help adults better understand themselves and navigate life with greater confidence, ease and purpose.

Her work explores the often-overlooked emotional and practical challenges of living with ADHD, including executive functioning, emotional regulation, masking and the impact of trying to meet expectations that don’t always align with how an ADHD brain works.

Juliet is passionate about human potential and believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and fully express who they are. She recognises that while ADHD can present significant challenges, it can also come with unique strengths and gifts that often become hidden beneath years of struggle, self-doubt and trying to fit in. Her work helps people uncover and harness those strengths, embrace their individuality and build lives that allow them to flourish.

Through her coaching, podcast and speaking, Juliet is committed to changing the conversation around ADHD, helping individuals feel understood while encouraging greater awareness, compassion and inclusion.
