Knowing where to start with figuring out parental leave and employer support can feel challenging. Join the Imperial College Policy team for a practical session on understanding parental leave options and to ask any questions about parental leave at Imperial. This session will be held in the LMS Seminar Room and streamed on Microsoft Teams.
We will talk through:
- Different types of parental leave, including Maternity Leave, Paternity/Maternity Support Leave, Shared Parental Leave, and Adoption Leave
- Carer’s Leave
- Additional family support available to staff.
Every Imperial staff member is welcome to attend, no matter where they are in their parenting journeys. We also encourage line managers of Imperial College staff to attend.
