The Lab of the Future Tech Showcase will bring together researchers, students, start-ups and industry partners to explore and showcase technologies shaping the future of laboratory research, from automation and robotics to AI, machine learning and emerging laboratory platforms. Listen to panel discussions and get involved in Q&As, hear from speakers in lab automation and see the latest technologies being developed both within Imperial and externally in academia and industrial sectors.
The day will conclude with the final of our Lab of the Future Hackathon. This hackathon was launched over the summer for teams of Imperial graduates to develop new tools and technologies addressing the changing nature of the modern laboratory. Each team will pitch their ideas and present their prototypes to an expert panel of judges.
We would like to invite attendees to submit abstracts relevant to the Lab of the Future remit. A number of abstracts will be invited to be presented as posters. Submit an abstract by filling out this form by midday on the 10th November. We will confirm with you as soon as possible following the application deadline.
